What makes this guitar special? This is not only a unique bass, but a great player as well. The slim profile and nut width make this extremely easy to move around, especially for players with small hands or thumb-wrap style players. The bass as a whole is very light at just over 6 pounds yet still has nice balance. The white finish, cream binding, and black pickguard give this bass a very classic look while the unconventional shape and f hole give a ton of character. The simple controls make it very easy to dial in, especially when the pickups sound great in every position. For the money, it’s hard to beat this bass’s great aesthetic and tonal character.
Condition: This Phantom Teardrop Bass is in excellent condition overall. There are a few small dings and light surface scratches throughout the body and neck, but is largely very clean and looks fantastic. The neck is straight and the frets show little wear.
Body: Teardrop-shaped mahogany hollow body bound in cream with White finish. 3-ply black pickgaurd. White top hat knobs with silver inserts. Chrome hardware. White switch tip.
Neck: Tinted slim maple neck. Rosewood fingerboard with white acrylic dot inlays. 32.5” scale. 1 ½” nut width. Chrome tuning machines.
Electronics: Phantom vintage-style pickups in the neck and bridge. 1 x volume, 1 x tone. 3-way pickup selector.

Playability/Sound: The slim profile and nut width make this neck extremely easy to move around, especially for players with smaller hands. The pickups have great vintage character and along with the hollow body construction, provide a nice woody character with medium sustain.
