Description
The 2018 Reverend Air Sonic in Metallic Red Burst is a striking blend of innovative design and tonal versatility, built for players who want something beyond the ordinary. Designed by Joe Naylor to bridge the gap between solidbody punch and semi-hollow resonance, the Air Sonic delivers a lively, harmonically rich response thanks to its unique construction. Thinner body wings and thru-body f-holes allow the Korina body to breathe and resonate, while a solid center ridge maintains sustain and focus. The result is a guitar that feels alive in your hands, with shimmering highs, singing single notes, and chords that bloom beautifully at any volume.
Equipped with a Railhammer Heavy 90 in the bridge and Nuevo 90 in the neck, this guitar captures the clarity and dynamics of P90-style pickups without the added noise, making it equally at home in clean, edge-of-breakup, or driven settings. The Wilkinson tremolo adds expressive capability, while the roasted maple neck and comfortable contours make for an easy playing experience whether seated or standing. This example has been inspected and set up to play smoothly and reliably, offering a unique voice and feel that stands out from the crowd.
