Description
The 2018 Reverend PA-1 Pete Anderson in Satin Deep Sea Blue is a fully hollow instrument built around a practical stage-focused design. Unlike a semi-hollow, this is a true hollowbody with a laminated maple body and solid spruce top, paired with Reverend's Uni-Brace system to manage feedback. The result is a resonant, open response that stays controlled at volume. This example has been modified with a set of Fishman Fluence Classic humbuckers, shifting it away from the stock P-90 configuration into a more flexible, modern sounding platform.
The Fluence system adds multiple voices per pickup via push/pull tone controls, allowing access to both vintage-style warmth and a more modern, higher-output response. The rechargeable system is installed with a charging port mounted under the pickguard. Combined with the Bigsby B70 and set-neck construction, it remains a straightforward hollowbody in feel, but with expanded tonal options and reduced noise. It has been professionally inspected and set up.
Cosmetic Condition:
Clean overall with light signs of use. Satin finish shows minor wear consistent with handling and age.
Neck:
3-piece korina neck with a medium profile and 24 3/4" scale length. Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and 22 frets showing minimal playwear. Locking tuners and Boneite nut. Neck is straight, truss rod functions properly.
Body:
Fully hollow laminated maple body with a solid spruce top in Satin Deep Sea Blue. Uni-Brace construction. Bigsby B70 tailpiece with tune-o-matic style bridge. It weighs in at 7lb 9oz.
Electronics:
Upgraded with Fishman Fluence Classic humbuckers. Push/pull tone controls switch between Voice 1 and Voice 2 for each pickup. Rechargeable system with charging port professionally mounted under the floating pickguard. Electronics are functioning properly.
Case:
Original Hardshell Included. Also includes USB charging cable for the fishman pickups(inside case).
