A rare reissue of Rickenbacker's classic solid body mandolin offering terrific playability & an ultra cool sound. The classic Toaster Top pickup lends itself beautifully to the chimey sound with fantastic clarity & note definition. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Lots of nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches & weather checking.
Neck: Maple neck with some light bird's eye figuring. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Ric Deluxe tuners work perfectly. 1 1/4" nut width; 14" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid walnut & maple body with some light figuring in the top. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable saddles, double-notched for 8 strings. Gold plexi pickguard & gold bridge cover. Mandolin weighs 3 lbs 12.6 oz.
Electronics: One single coil "toaster top" pickup with master volume & tone controls. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
