Description
The Spector Euro4 LX Poplar Burl Natural is a modern extension of the original NS design, built with the same core features that defined the brand. This model uses a fully carved body and neck-through construction, giving it a consistent, even response across the entire instrument. The poplar burl top adds a distinct visual element, but the build remains focused on balance and feel. The Euro series sits in Spector's Czech production line, known for consistent quality and professional-level construction.
This bass is Left-Handed, and is equipped with an EMG P/J pickup set and Spector's TonePump preamp, delivering a wide usable range with strong output and clarity. The control layout is simple and effective, with independent volumes and active bass/treble boost. The 34" scale and neck-through design contribute to sustain and note definition, while the carved body keeps it comfortable in playing position. It's been professionally inspected and set up. This bass's serial indicates it's from about 2015-2016 era of Czech builds, per Spector's website.
Cosmetic Condition:
Clean overall with light signs of use. Minor surface wear consistent with handling.
Neck:
3-piece maple neck with graphite reinforcement rods and 34" scale length. Brass nut, rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets and mother of pearl crown inlays. 1.64" brass nut. Neck is straight, truss rod functions properly.
Body:
European alder body with a slice of walnut and a poplar burl top in gloss natural finish. Fully carved design with neck-through construction. Zinc-Brass alloy bridge. It weighs in 8lbs and 12oz.
Electronics:
Active EMG P/J pickup set with Spector TonePump preamp. Controls are volume, volume, treble boost, and bass boost. Electronics are functioning properly.
