Taylor's all-mahogany Grand Concert 522 yields a smooth, balanced, easygoing character that will work well for blues, country and ragtime picking, with the added playing comfort of a short-scale (24-7/8") neck. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Marvelous condition - very clean & still like new with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Mahogany neck with tortoise binding. Ebony fingerboard with Century inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Ebony headstock overlay with Taylor diecast tuners. 1 3/4" nut width; 24 7/8" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions perfectly.
Body: Grand Concert size body finished in Shaded Edge Burst. Tropical mahogany top, back & sides with tortoise binding on the top & back. Ebony bridge & end pins with compensated saddle. There is no pickguard & no electronics. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 3.5 oz.
