Established by Jack Charles, former lead guitarist of the band Quarterflash, Phantom Guitar Works has been building classic Phantom & Teardrop shaped models in Clatskanie, Oregon since 1992. Featuring a trio of Kent Armstrong single coil pickups & Bigsby tremolo tailpiece for great tone & action. Pro set up included so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some finish wear.
Neck: Maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & clay dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Unoriginal Sperzel locking tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Phantom, five-sided solid body finished in blue. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge & plexi "mirror" pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 11.9 oz.
Electronics: Three Kent Armstrong single coils with staggered poles. Bridge - 6.32K ohms; Middle - 6.19K ohms; Neck - 6.26K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with knurled knobs. 5-way selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Ibanez hardshell case included.
