Cosmetic Condition: Typical play wear for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some mild finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it, with a cool, true vintage vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Beautiful Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Mother of pearl Guild & Chesterfield headstock inlays. Grover Sta-Tite tuners work perfectly. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound archtop with Florentine cutaway. Solid spruce top with dual F-holes. Guild "harp" tailpiece with compensated rosewood bridge. Black plexi pickguard with gold Guild logo & nickel hardware. Laminated maple back & sides. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 5 lbs 3.5 oz.
