Manufactured by Weissenborn, but branded Maui & distributed by Christophe's, this ultra cool Style 4 Hawaiian steel guitar features an all Koa hollow body & neck. Gorgeous tone - warm & rich sounding with a beautiful resonance. Professionally inspected & set up ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age - various minor nicks, dents & dings; scratches, & some finish wear. There are a couple of minuscule top cracks & a tiny bit of separation in the rims near the bottom strap button. Overall, the guitar has a marvelous, true vintage vibe to it with a gorgeous patina.
Neck/Body: Hollow neck & body made of solid Koa. Koa fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Open-back strip tuners in good working condition. 25" scale length with wooden bridge & simple metal saddle. There is a tiny gap between the back of the bridge & top, however, the bridge is screwed down. Guitar weighs 3 lbs 2.8 oz.
