Handcrafted in Japan, the FG9 M steel-string dreadnought features an Adirondack spruce top with African mahogany back & sides. Its extraordinary projection & clarity, even under the hardest strumming, makes it ideal for singer-songwriters. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds terrific!
Cosmetic Condition: There's a small dent/blemish in the top, upper bout, near the pickguard along with various mild surface scratches, but overall the guitar is in great shape & quite clean.
Neck: Bolt-on, one-piece mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard. Frets are clean with no wear. Ebony headstock veneer with SX510 open-gear tuners. 1 3/4" nut width; 25 9/16" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Double-bound, dreadnought body in natural nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Solid Adirondack spruce top with herringbone purfling & rosette. Ebony bridge with compensated saddle & tortoise pickguard. Solid African mahogany back & sides with maple center strip. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 7.1 oz.
