Description

What makes this guitar special:  A fun little guitar to play with a sweet sound & nice resonance.  Despite some repairs it still produces a rich tone that really rings out.  Professionally set up by our luthier with fresh strings.

Cosmetic Condition:  Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & finish imperfections, particularly some cloudiness in the back of the body.  There are various cracks in the body that were all professionally repaired.  All the cracks have been glued & some cleated.  All are stable with no issues.  The guitar was oversprayed as the result of the work.  Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a nice patina.

Neck:  Rounded mahogany neck with cream side-dots.  Super dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays.  The guitar was refretted with slightly bigger frets than the originals & there is no fret wear.  Unoriginal strip tuners are in good working condition.  1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length.  Neck is straight & plays well up & down the fretboard.

Body:  Solid spruce top in sunburst finish with cream binding.  Rosewood bridge with pearloid dot inlays & cream end pins.  Tortoise pickguard & 3-ply rosette.  Mahogany back & sides with cream binding.  There is no pickup.  Guitar weighs 3 lbs 6.7 oz.

Case:  Unoriginal chipboard case included.
