Condition: Very good overall! Various surface scratches, nicks, dings, dents and consistent weather checking. The finish has developed a gorgeous light yellow patina adding to this instruments vintage vibe. Fingerboards are in great shape. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Stairstep harwood body in gorgeous blonde finish. Metal tailpiece, bridge and “horseshoe” pickup cover on each neck. Chrome control panel with dual chrome knobs and a selector switch. This model has the optional three legs configuration.
Neck: Dual 6-string necks with bevels around black metal fingerboards, white frets and block fret markers and a 2 ¼” nut. Each headstock has a removable metal cover and nickel tuners with metal tuning buttons. 22.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Oval single coil pickup on each neck with “horseshoe” pickup cover, master volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck 1 (closest to player): 5.20K Ohms.
Neck 2: 4.88K Ohms.
Playability/Sound: This is a great playing, great sounding steel guitar. The 6-string configuration on each neck keeps things simple while the 2-neck design allows the player plenty of versatility. The pickups sound great and offer plenty of output and ringing clarity. They really provide the classic twang that players need for various styles of music. The blonde finish in beautiful and adds some class to this instrument.
