Description: Vintage 1960s Danelectro Short Horn Standard Model Electric Guitar
Condition: Very good! Various surface scratches and some small nicks and dings throughout the finish; overall very clean for its age! Fingerboard and frets have very light play wear and tons of life left in them. The pickup has a high ohm reading but still has plenty of output and a great sound! All electronics and parts are otherwise original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Short horn double-cutaway masonite and poplar body in black finish with vinyl sides. Height-adjustable nickel tailpiece with rosewood saddle, cream control knobs and a white pickguard.
Neck: Slim Poplar neck with Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard, white dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Vintage nickel tuners, 25” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Lipstick pickup with master volume and tone controls and a 3-way tone switch.
Weight: 5lbs, 10.0oz.
