Cosmetic Condition: Cool vintage vibe & really nice player! There are various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & play wear. Overal the bass has a great look to it & a gorgeous patina. It is very light weight & resonant with a sweet, rich tone.
Neck: Chunky maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Nickel, open-back tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 30" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine, although the truss rod cover is missing.
Body: Double-cutaway, hollowbody with bound F-holes. Spruce top with flame maple back & sides finished in 3-tone sunburst. Nickel trapeze tailpiece with floating ebony bridge. Bass weighs 5 lbs 8.5 oz.
Pickups: Hofner "staple" pickups with dual volume & tone controls. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
