Cosmetic Condition: Really nice shape for a 50-year old guitar showing good, honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, finish wear & some minor pickguard shrinkage. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Super slender maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Dark rosewood fingerboard with micro dot inlays. Original small frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Offset, double-cutaway, solid maple body finished in Candy Apple Red. Moseley tremolo tailpiece & six-saddle adjustable bridge. 3-ply mint green pickguard is in great shape - it has shrunk a little bit, but there are no cracks. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 4 oz.
Electronics: Mosrite single coils with black bezels. Bridge - 10.62K ohms; Neck - 10.34K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with Mosrite "M" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included, although the handle is missing.
