Description
This is a vintage 1960s Univox Super Fuzz guitar pedal. This is an original unit, and is in great overall shape for its age. The circuit was designed in the late 60s be the Japanese company Shin-ei and manufactured in Japan. As can be seen in the photos, this is one of the first models as evidenced by the stamped metal enclosure in grey with the blue Univox logo on the front. It is an octave fuzz using two germanium diodes to produce square wave clipping.
Condition: This pedal is in great overall shape for its age with only minor cosmetic wear and is very clean overall! The pedal doesn’t come with a box or any kind of power supply.
