Description
A vintage 1962 Panaramic Model 1210 tube combo amp in great cosmetic condition. Panaramic was one of the many re-branded offerings of the Magnatone company, and the 1210 differs from the highly sought-after Magnatone 213 Troubadour in name only. Not to mention the hip 60s aesthetics versus the Magnatone's 'brown box' look. The amp is all original and features original Schumacher transformers and Oxford Alnico speaker. It has a wonderful deep clean tone that turns into a thick, tweed-esque bark as you turn up the volume. The amp also sports the classic, true pitch-shifting varistor vibrato. Cosmetically, the amp is great shape (see photos). There are a few tolex blemishes on the edges/corners, and some of the black vinyl has worn down close to the fabric on the top right side. Otherwise, the amp is quite clean for a Maggie of this era. This vintage amplifier has been cleaned, serviced and tested. It is fully functional and sounds fantastic.
