What makes this guitar special: A fun little guitar with a bright spanky tone & lots of punch to it. It's had some work done to it with nice upgrades & sounds fantastic. Professionally set up by our luthier with fresh strings & low action, so it plays great too!
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has had some work done to it, but is in great shape overall. The original bridge was replaced with a newer rosewood & the saddle slot was repositioned. The original tuners were replaced with mini Grovers & the holes filled. The entire guitar has been completely oversprayed. There are various minor nicks & dings; surface scratches & finish checking.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Unoriginal Grover Mini tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & plays great up & down the fretboard.
Body: Solid spruce top in sunburst finish with 3-ply binding. Unoriginal rosewood bridge with mother of pearl dot inlays. Large tortoise pickguard & 3-ply rosette. Mahogany back & sides with single ply binding. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 2.0 oz. There is no pickup.
Case: Vintage Gibson hardshell case included.
