Description

A vintage 1965 Gretsch 6159 Dual Bass 2x12 tube combo amp in great cosmetic condition. One of the few vintage Gretsch amps with giggable power, the 2x12 6159 has a big sound but is still light enough that you won't have to hire a road crew to move it. It features a nice, thick clean tone that turns into a rich overdrive as you turn up the gain, reminiscent of a narrow panel-era tweed Fender with a bit more clean headroom. The Dual Bass also features an awesome all-tube tremolo. This amp has been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds fantastic.
