Description
What makes this guitar special: Built in the heart of Bavaria, this cool little folk guitar is ideal for the couch player or just a good old campfire hootenanny.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape overall with various minor nicks, chips & dings; surface scratches & mild finish checking.
Neck: Soft, V-shaped mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Strip tuners are in perfect working condition. Truss rod cover is missing, but truss rod functions. Neck is slightly bowed so the action is a bit high in the upper frets, but the guitar is still quite playable. 1 11/16" nut width with zero fret; 24 3/4" scale length.
Body: Spruce top with rosewood bridge & compensated saddle. Unsure of the exact species of wood used for the back & sides, but it appears to be birch. The back is arched. 13 3/4" lower bout width; 10 1/2" upper bout width; 3 1/4" depth. No pickguard or pickup. Guitar weighs 3 lbs 9.5 oz.
Case: Chipboard case included.
