Description
A vintage Blackface 1967 Fender Bandmaster 2x12 piggyback stack in absolutely fantastic cosmetic condition. Aside from the tubes and the thumbscrews that hold the head to the cabinet, this stack is 100% original and extremely clean. The Bandmaster features the classic Blackface AB763 circuit--cherished for its deep and sparkly clean tone and agressive overdrive tone that punches through dense mixes. On that end this amp does not dissapoint, with its big, harmonically rich tone that never loses its clarity.
From a collectibility standpoint, this amp is top-tier. You will be hard-pressed to find a complete, all-original big-box Bandmaster in better shape than this one. Aside from a few minor tolex scuffs, the amp is in near-mint condition. This Bandmaster will be at home in any high-end vintage amp collection. It has been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds awesome.
