Description
A vintage 1967 Blackface Fender Bandmaster 2x12 piggyback stack in fantastic condition. The amp is quite clean and largely original. The original Oxford 12T6 speakers were replaced long ago with Fender OEM Oxford 12T6s--one from 1968 and one from 1970. In addition the cabinet thumb screws are modern repros. Beyond that, the power supply has been freshly re-capped with F&T electrolytics. The Bandmaster features the classic Blackface AB763 circuit--cherished for its deep and sparkly clean tone and agressive overdrive tone that punches through dense mixes. On that end this amp does not dissapoint, with its big, harmonically rich tone that never loses its clarity. This amp has been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds amazing.
