Description
A vintage 1967 Fender Vibro Champ tube combo amp in very nice cosmetic condition. This 'Drip-Edge Era' Silverface amp features the same circuit as the desirable (and more expensive) Blackface amps. The amp is largely original. The included original Oxford alnico speaker has an open voice coil but could be re-coned if so desired. Currently a Jensen MOD speaker is installed in its place. In addition the AC cord and a few caps and resistors have been replaced. The amp does include the original RCA and Telefunken tubes. Great for quiet cleans and a not-so-quiet rauncy overdrive, this amp is an awesome buy for someone looking for Blackface sound in a small package. This amp has been serviced and tested. It is fully functional and sounds great.
