Description

What makes this guitar special: 100% original with good honest play wear giving it that authentic, true vintage mojo we all love. This gorgeous Starfire V Ebony is every bit as dynamic as it's Gibson counterpart, but sells for only a fraction of the price. Rich, luscious tone with a smooth, silky neck for maximum performance. Professionally inspected & set up ready for action upon arrival.

Cosmetic Condition: Perfectly worn with an ultra cool vibe - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. The body binding has shrunk a bit in the treble side waist, but it's still all there. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina.

Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Super dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Mother of pearl Guild & Chesterfield headstock inlays. Nickel Grover Pat Pend Rotomatic tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body: Semi-hollow maple body with 3-ply binding & dual F-holes. Guild tremolo tailpiece with compensated floating bridge. Black plexi "stairstep" pickguard with gold Guild logo & piping. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 8.5 oz.

Electronics: Guild humbuckers with black bezels. Bridge - 9.10K ohms; Neck - 8.37K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with Guild "witch hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch & master volume knob. All electronics are in perfect working condition.

Case: Original hardshell case included.
