Description
This is a vintage 1970s Electro Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man echo/chorus/vibrato pedal and it has a great sound! This pedal allows the player to dial in a warm, analog delay and add in a chorus or vibrato effect if desired. The unit has controls for Level, Blend, Feedback, Delay and Chorus-Vibrato. There is a switch in the top to select between chorus and vibrato settings. This pedal has a great vintage delay sound that naturally looses some of the highs with the repeats. This causes the delay effect to become less “jumbled” and easier to hear. It also results in a warm sound coveted by many players. In addition to the controls there is also a direct out jack in addition to the regular output jack.
Condition: Excellent shape for its age! There are various scratches and tiny chips throughout the paint but overall this pedal is in great shape with no dents in the metal enclosure. The overload led does not work. This would turn on if the signal coming into the pedal was too hot. The rubber feet on the bottom are missing. Aside from the overload led, all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Note: This pedal only functions with the power cable permanently attached to the pedal.
