Description: Vintage 1972 Gibson EB-3 Electric Bass Guitar
Condition: Very good condition! Various surface scratches, nicks, dings and buckle rash throughout the finish. The top has faded to more of a brown finish giving this bass a great vintage vibe and character. Fingerboard and frets have light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck pickup has a high ohm reading but has excellent output and sounds perfect. All parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured SG shaped body with two-point bard bridge with four individual saddles and cover, skirted control knobs with silver inserts, chicken head knob and a 4-ply black pickguard.
Neck: Soft “V” shaped maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, pearloid dot inlays and a 1 5/8” nut. Open-gear tuners, 30.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Humbucker in the neck and a mini humbucker in the bridge with dual volume and tone controls and a 4-way varitone switch.

Playability/Sound: This is a great sounding, highly versatile bass! The pickup combinations offer a huge variety of useful tonal options.
