What makes this guitar special: Superb condition with all original parts included, this gorgeous hardtail Strat features a walnut finish beautifully offset with a black pickguard, white pickup covers & control knobs. Professionally inspected by the experts at Cream City Music & set up by our own master luthier, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for a 40 plus year old guitar. Gently used with typical light play wear - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, mild buckle rash, light weather checking & a tiny bit of finish wear. Overall the guitar looks wonderful & sports a marvelous patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded, medium profile maple neck with black dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Large headstock with bullet truss rod & double string trees. F-tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is functioning. Neck dates to '75.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body in Walnut finish. Hardtail, string-thru bridge with adjustable saddles & original bridge cover. 3-ply black pickguard shows some pick wear, but no cracks. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 7.2 oz.
Pickups: Original grey bottom single coils with white covers. Bridge - 5.72K ohms; Middle - 5.74K ohms; Neck - 5.64K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with white skirted knobs. The original 3-way selector switch was replaced with a 5-way, but the original is included with the guitar. Pots date to '74 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
