What makes this guitar special: 100% original with an ultra cool vintage vibe. Beautiful maple top in a walnut stain finish; slender profile neck & fitted with a pair of killer sounding humbuckers. Cosmetic Condition: Used, but no abused, with typical wear for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & light buckle rash. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid "thumbnail" inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Bound headstock with mother of pearl Gretsch inlay. Chrome tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width with zero fret; 24 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany body with bound maple top. "G" Cutout tailpiece with Adjustomatic bridge. Silver plexi pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 5.3 oz.
Pickups: Gretsch humbuckers with chrome bezels. Dual volume & tone controls along with master volume, all with "G" Arrow knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
