What makes this guitar special: A dynamite player in a natural finish which shows off the gorgeous character of the ash body. Super slender neck offers fast action & is very comfortable to play. Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age & shows signs of typical play wear - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & light buckle rash.
Neck: Skinny, V-shaped maple neck with black side-dots. Beautiful, dark rosewood fingerboard with cream dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with only minimal play wear & plenty of life in them. F-logo tuners are in perfect working condition. Unoriginal graphite nut - 1 5/8" width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck stamp on the bottom reads 6 24 82 & the date on the back sticker reads 7 29 82. The serial number in the neck pocket of the body is identical to the headstock.
Body: Solid ash body in natural finish. String-thru bridge with six adjustable barrel saddles. 3-ply black pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 4.9 oz.
Pickups: Original Tele single coils. Bridge - 6.43K ohms; Neck - 7.84K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. Both pots date to '81. 3-way toggle switch with unoriginal cap. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with vintage Fender strap.
