Cosmetic Condition: Exceptionally clean for being over 30 years old! There are a few minor dents & dings along with mild surface scratches, but for the most part the bass is in marvelous condition.
Neck: Nicely rounded, slender maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with cream dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Headstock decals are super clean. Bullet truss rod & single disc string tree. Chrome Fender tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 1/2" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck date is 1 26 83.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in black. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable barrel saddles & original bridge cover. 3-ply black pickguard is in great shape with no cracks, but does show signs of light pick wear. Bass weighs 11.05 lbs.
Pickups: Single coils Jazz Bass pickups with white covers. The bass looks ultra cool when the chrome pickup & bridge covers are removed, giving it a 'tuxedo' look with the white pickups against the black finish. Dual volume & master tone controls with black skirted knobs. Pots date to '82. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included - also in great shape!
