What makes this guitar special: A cool vintage shredder with quick action, comfortable playability, and a killer 3-humbucker arrangement. All the right wear for a guitar of its age, with plenty of life left ahead of it. The slim tapered neck feel is smooth and fast, allowing quick movement up and down the length of the fretboard. It’s been professionally setup by our in-house luthier, so you know it’ll play and sound fantastic.
Cosmetic condition: All the right wear-various scratches, dings, dents, and nicks throughout the instrument, with some buckle rash and a few small scuffs on the top of the headstock. There are two holes from old strap pins on the tail, and another on the back of the body.
Body: Basswood body with bound top in black gloss finish with cream colored pickup bezels, and six screw tremolo bridge with adjustable replacement titanium saddles (original saddles are included in the case).
Weight: 9lb, 15oz
Neck: Slim tapered maple neck with white side dots and white dot inlays. Rosewood fingerboard is in excellent shape with no pitting, and shows plenty of nice variegation. Frets are in solid shape, with a ton of life left in them. 1 11/16” nut width, and 25 1/2" scale length. Headstock features a black overlay and yellow Ibanez logo with chrome sealed Ibanez tuners. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.
Electronics: 3 Super-70 humbuckers (Neck-7.63K, Middle-3.87K ohms, Bridge-7.62K ohms) with gold speed knobs and 3-way white tipped pickup selector switch.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
