Description
Condition: There are plenty of scratches, nicks, dings, dents and chips throughout the instrument. There are some heavier dings/chips on the upper bass side horn, lower bass side bout and between the treble side bouts. There are heavy pick scratches on the pickguard and some heavy scratches throughout the back. This has been a well-played guitar. One control knob and both strap buttons are unoriginal. There is a very small chip in the wood around the screw hole for the bridge spring anchor. This is very minor and does not affect playability or function at all (see photos). There are two extra screw holes drilled into the neck pocket on the body. Neither of these holes goes all the way through the wood (see photos). The post for the vibrato arm is slightly loose and does not stay in place but otherwise works fine. Fingerboard has heavy play wear with some of the finish having worn off entirely on many of the frets (see photos). This does not affect playability and gives the guitar more character if anything. Frets have moderate play wear with heavier play wear in the lower registers. Back of the neck has some scratches and dings but nothing major. The neck is very straight overall and the truss rod functions fine. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured body in black finish. Top-load vibrato tailpiece/bridge with six individual saddles. This bridge design utilizes a screw on the top of the bridge to adjust spring tension. Neck: Maple neck with skunk stripe down the back, maple fingerboard, black dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Fender tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Single coil pickups in the neck, middle and bridge with master volume and tone controls and a 5-way selector switch.

Playability/Sound: This guitar offers a very classic sound and is a very unique take on the Stratocaster design. The simplified control layout allows players to dial in a multitude of tones with ease. The neck is extremely comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
