What’s special about this bass: This is a great sounding, great playing vintage P-style bass. The pickup has a great tone and the neck has a great shape that’s quite comfortable. The bass features a contoured body with an awesome sunburst finish, top-load bridge with two saddles and a maple fingerboard.
Condition: Very good shape overall, especially for the instrument’s age! There are various minor surface scratches and small nicks and dings throughout the bass. The fingerboard and frets have only light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is very comfortable to play. It has a slight hump just past the 12th fret but there are no playability issues and the truss rod functions perfectly. The bridge and pickup covers are missing. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured body in sunburst finish. Top-load bridge with two saddles, dual knurled control knobs, a thumb rest and a 3-ply tortoise pickguard.
Neck: Super comfortable and very nicely rounded maple neck with a maple fingerboard. Black dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Nickel tuners, 34” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Single-coil pickups in the middle position with master volume and tone controls.
Pickup: 4.05K Ohms.
