Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition for its age - some minor nicks & dings; light surface scratches & mild finish checking. The honeyburst finish is very strong & the bass delivers a warm, woody tone that is quite resonant. It's light weight & tons of fun to play!
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Unique scroll headstock with large E logo & Made in Italy banner on the back. Open-back tuners with pearloid buttons in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 30" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Violin-shaped hollow body with dual F-holes. Multi-bound spruce top with beautiful flame maple back & sides. Arched top & back. Trapeze tailpiece with adjustable bridge on a floating rosewood base. Brown plexi pickguard with gold Eko logo & trim. White plastic finger rest. Bass weighs 5 lbs 9.5 oz.
Pickups: Dual single coils with 3-ply white bezels. Bridge - 5.78K ohms; Neck - 5.57K ohms. Good, strong output from both pickups. Master volume & tone controls with 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
