Well here's one you don't see very often - an early '80s Epiphone Casino made in Japan - now how cool is that! This gorgeous thinline hollowbody sports all the classic design features of the originals right down to the pair of dog-eared P-90's & elongated headstock. Finished in Antique Sunburst & offering a warm, rich tone with a natural acoustic resonance, this beautiful Casino is a sure fire winner & guaranteed crowd pleaser. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various surface scratches along with some tiny nicks & dings. The pickguard is missing, but overall the guitar is in really nice conditon for its age.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl parallelogram inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Epiphone diecast tuners work perfectly. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Trapeze tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge. Pickguard is missing & the guitar weighs 6 lbs 6.6 oz.
Electronics: P-90 single coils with dog ear nickel covers. Bridge - 9.08K ohms; Neck - 8.43K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Hardshell case included.
