A super cool, made in Japan Sheraton, featuring double, full-sized humbuckers & Frequensator tailpiece. Finished in a gorgeous dark sunburst & professionally set up ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for a 40 plus year old guitar - various minor nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches & some wear/tarnish on the gold hardware. Overall the guitar looks great & has a really cool vibe to it.
Neck: Slender profile maple/walnut neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl/abalone block inlays. Frets show some wear, but still have plenty of life in them. Bound headstock with mother of pearl Epiphone & Vine inlays. Epiphone diecast tuners work great. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-cutaway, semi-hollow maple body with dual F-holes. 6-ply top binding & single-ply back binding. Frequensator tailpiece with ABR-1 bridge & gold hardware. 5-ply black pickguard & dark sunburst finish. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 9.7 oz.
Electronics: Dual humbuckers with black bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Vintage Gibson hardshell case included.
