Cosmetic Condition: Magnificent look with just the right amount of play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. This guitar really looks like it's over 60 years old even though it was made half that time ago. Great look with a super cool vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: C-shape maple neck with black dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Single string tree with vintage-style tuners in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width & 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck pencil date reads 10-1-87.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in Two-Tone Sunburst. Vintage-style tremolo bride with bent saddles & original trem arm included. Single-ply white pickguard & trem cover have aged into more of an off-white/parchment color. Nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 8.2 oz.
Electronics: Three single coils with staggered poles. Bridge - 6.19K ohms; Middle - 6.36K ohms; Neck - 6.08K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with 3-way selector switch. Pots date to '86 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original tweed hardshell case included. The two outer clasps are broken & do not close, but the middle one does.
