Description
Just recently acquired from the original owner, this super cool, early version of the Jeff Beck Signature Strat features a chunky neck & HSS Lace Sensors with coil splitter. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Really nice shape for a guitar that's nearly 30 years old - various mild surface scratches, scuff marks & a tiny bit of finish checking near the neck pocket. Overall the guitar is pretty clean & has a cool vibe to it.
Neck: Beefy maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & cream dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Sperzel locking tuners with brushed steel finish. The original Wilkinson nut was replaced with an LSR roller, but the original is included with the guitar. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in Olympic White, which has aged nicely over the years into more of a cream color. Two-point fulcrum tremolo bridge with adjustable stainless steel saddles & original trem arm. 3-ply white pickguard & trem cover. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 0.7 oz.
Pickups: HSS Silver Lace Sensors with master volume & dual tone controls. 5-way selector switch & coil splitter. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original tweed hardshell case included along with the original sales receipt - now how cool is that!
