Description

Heavily modified, but still has a super cool vibe. Seymour Duncan neck humbucker & DiMarzio bridge humbucker with coil tap & phase switches. The finish was stripped off the body leaving it natural, but uncovered some pretty grain patterns in the ash. Great player thanks to a pro set up & raring to go straight out of the case.

Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, some finish wear.

Neck: Maple neck & fingerboard with black dot inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Headstock decals are in great shape with no bits missing. Double string trees & F-tuners in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck stamp dates to '79, but headstock serial number dates to '81.

Body: Contoured, solid ash body with its original finished stripped off. The body was routed for the humbuckers & there is black shielding paint in a portion of the cavity.
Unoriginal brass bridge with adjustable saddles & unoriginal 5-ply black pickguard. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 12 oz.

Electronics: Unoriginal Seymour Duncan neck humbucker & unoriginal DiMarzio bridge humbucker. Master volume & tone controls with 3-way mini toggle selector switch. The two other mini toggles are 2-way coil tap for the bridge humbucker & phase switch when the pickup selector is in the middle position. All electronics are in good working condition.

Case: Original hardshell case included.
