An excellent player's grade Mustang Bass due to the body being refinished in black. Smooth, comfortable feel & gorgeous tone. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. Overall the bass has a cool look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & nice patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with minimal wear. Fender open-gear tuners with "lollipop" buttons & round string tree. 1 9/16" nut width; 30" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck stamp reads 17 DEC 66 B.
Body: Offset, solid poplar body refinished in black. String-thru bridge with four adjustable "barrel" saddles. 3-ply white pearloid pickguard with black tugbar. Bass weighs 7 lbs 9.4 oz.
Electronics: Split single coils with black covers. The pickup cavity was widened just a tiny bit. Master volume & tone controls with black knobs. All electronics are original & in good working condition.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
