Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. The bass has a great look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck & fingerboard with black dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Fender nickel "clover" tuners & single round string-tree. 1 5/8" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck dates to '73.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in black. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable "barrel" saddles & original bridge cover. 3-ply white pickguard with tugbar.
Bass weighs a delightful 8 lbs 4.1 oz & is very resonant!
Electronics: Split single coil pickup with original cover. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. Pots date to '73 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included, however, the middle latch is missing.
