A fantastic player's grade P-Bass with dynamite tone & superb playability. No joking here - this is good one! Most of the parts have been changed, aside from the tuners & neck plate, which are still original. The entire bass was oversprayed & a series/parallel mini toggle switch was added to give some funkiness to the DiMarzio pickups. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays great!
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. Great vibe with a nice patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with black dot inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have tons of life in them. Original open-back nickel tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Contoured, solid ash body. Unoriginal high-mass bridge with adjustable saddles. Unoriginal 3-ply black pickguard. Bass weighs 9 lbs 14.5 oz.
Electronics: Unoriginal DiMarzio P-Bass split single coil with cream covers - 10.83K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. Unoriginal 2-way mini toggle switch added for series/parallel. Pots date to '75 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
