Description

Made for only a brief moment around the mid '80s, the Elite Stratocaster features active electronics & noise-cancelling pickups, along with push buttons instead of the more common 5-way pickup selector switch. This one is finished in silver/pewter & professionally set up ready to play straight out of the case.

Cosmetic Condition: Really nice shape for its age with some surface scratches. There are four extra screw holes in the headstock surrounding the truss rod access point from a previous locking nut. Overall the guitar is pretty clean & has a cool vibe to it.

Neck: Maple neck & fingerboard with black dot inlays. There's some lovely flame figuring in the back of the neck. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Small headstock with Fender diecast tuners & double string trees. 1 11/16" nut width with locking mechanism behind the nut. 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in silver/pewter. Top-loading tremolo bridge with adjustable saddles & original trem arm included. 3-ply white pickguard & Elite script logo on the neck plate. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 13.4 oz.

Electronics: Three noise cancelling single coils with active electronics. 3 on/off push buttons for each pickup. Master volume & dual tone controls. Pots date to '83 & all electronics are in good working condition.

Case: Original hardshell case included. There are several decals on the outside of the case.
