Description
An excellent player's grade hardtail Strat finished in Olympic White. Three original single coils deliver rich, glassy tones & the semi-chunky neck feels great anywhere on the fretboard. Fully inspected & professionally set up ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. The pickup cavities have been routed out a bit more & covered in black shielding paint with some copper strips. The original pickguard has an extra hole in it & is included with the guitar. Overall, this Strat has a great look to it with a cool, true vintage vibe & nice patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Oversize headstock with bullet truss rod & double string trees. F-logo tuners work great. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in Olympic White. String-thru bridge with adjustable saddles. Unoriginal 4-ply copper pearloid pickguar, however, the original white one is included. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 7.5 oz.
Electronics: Original grey bottom single coils all date to '78. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way selector switch. Unoriginal pots & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Vintage hardshell case included.
