Description
A fabulous true vintage parts Telecaster - the body is from '74, but the neck dates to '67. A dynamite player with a comfortable feel & authentic vintage vibe. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Good, honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches. weather checking & some finish wear. There was a decal that wrapped around the back of the body leaving behind a darker "ghosting" image & there's a Ringling Bros sticker on the front we decided to leave on. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & nice patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with dark rosewood fingerboard & mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show a tiny bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe tuners & single string tree. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck stamp reads 3 JUN 67 B.
Body: Solid ash body in Blonde finish. String-thru bridge with three adjustable "barrel" saddles. Unoriginal 3-ply black pickguard & nickel/chrome hardware. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 14.1 oz.
Electronics: Unoriginal single coils with 3-way selector switch. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. Pots & jack are also unoriginal. All electronics are in good working condition.
