A very cool Gibson Chet Atkins SST with star inlays & an ebony fingerboard, sporting a beautiful flame maple top. Stage ready acoustic/electric with awesome tone & remarkable playability, this beauty has been setup by the pros here at Cream City Music, so it plays & sounds great.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition for being 30 years old with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Slim taper mahogany neck with cream side dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl star inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Mother of pearl Gibson & Star headstock inlays with Gibson-embossed gold diecast tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body with cutaway & bound flame maple top in amber finish. Ebony bridge with mother of pearl star inlays & black Chet Atkins signature in the upper bout. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 4.4 oz.
Electronics: Active pickup with treble, bass & volume wheels mounted on the side of the body. Electronics have been tested and work perfectly.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
