This gorgeous EB-2DC is the real deal, with all the charm & mystique we've come to love about these truly magical semi-hollow body basses. Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with some play wear - various minor nicks & dings; surface scratches & scuff marks; weather checking & some mild finish waer.
Overall the bass has an ultra cool look to it with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with very little wear & tons of life them. Open-back nickel tuners in perfect working condition. 1 1/2" nut width; 30 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, semi-hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Top-loading bridge with functioning string mute. 5-ply black pickguard has warped a bit, but no cracks. Bass weighs 9 lbs 3.2 oz.
Electronics: Full size neck humbucker & mini bridge humbucker with black bezel. The bridge pickup cover is missing. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. 3-way toggle switch & Baritone push button. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included. The case shows some wear & the bottom clasp is missing its latch.
