Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some buckle rash. Overall the bass is in pretty good shape for its age & looks really cool.
Neck: Maple neck with cream side-dots. Beautifully figured, dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Open-gear chrome tuners work great. 1 5/8" nut width; 30 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body with 5-ply small black pickguard. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable saddles & original bridge cover. Bass weighs 9 lbs 8.5 oz.
Electronics: Full size neck humbucker & mini bridge humbucker with 4-way Varitone switch. Dual volume & tone controls with black "witch hat" knobs. The bridge tone switch has been modified to push/pull which bypasses the tone control. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Modern Gibson hardshell case included.
