Description
A vintage Gibson EH-150 in great cosmetic condition--the famous "Charlie Christian" amp. This is the "Version 4" model, produced between 1941 and 1942. Quite versatile for an amp of its era, it offers nice, thick clean tones from the instrument input and crunchy overdrive from the mic input. This model was clearly the pinnacle of its era, and it is no wonder why it remains a desireable vintage amp. Aside, from the missing back panel and the fraying handle, this amp is quite clean for its age. It has been cleaned and serviced with a fresh set of filter capacitors and a grounded AC plug. It is fully functional and sounds fantastic.
