Description
Third year of production for this wonderful little hollow body featuring that perfectly sculpted '59 neck! An absolutely gorgeous guitar that evokes all the attributes of a regular ES-125T, but in a 3/4 scale size. These are fairly rare & typically don't last long here at the shop. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Pretty good shape for a 67-year old guitar with some honest play wear - various little nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some weather checking. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: One-piece mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners with cream buttons. 1 9/16" nut width; 23" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Nickel trapeze tailpiece with unoriginal chrome anchor. Compensated rosewood bridge on a floating base. Long, plexi tortoise pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 3.4 oz.
Electronics: P-90 single coil with black "dog ear" cover. Master volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original faux alligator chipboard case included.
